over a decade Charterwood Mobility has been supplying
and servicing Mobility Scooters and Powerchairs throughout
the UK. Thanks to our many existing customers coming
back with repeat business and recommending their friends
and family, we have grown to become one of the largest
suppliers of Mobility Vehicles, Adjustable Furniture, Stairlifts and Aids for Living.
Operating
from our network of regional showrooms, warehouses and
service bases we run our own team of highly experienced
sales and service engineers. Still a family owned and
operated business and with many members of our team
still with us from the early days, our collective knowledge
of equipment and the needs of our customers is hard
to beat. At Charterwood we are as committed as ever
to providing the best products, excellent service and
the most competitive prices.
Accredited
to the Motability scheme we supply and provide warranty
and aftercare for scooters and powerchairs throughout
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Charterwood
is a supplier to Charities, Local Authorities, NHS and
Shopmobility Schemes.

On 30th June 2009 my Sterling scooter had its first service & I would like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks & appreciation to the gentleman who arrived & completed the service.
He was a lovely man, very professional, smartly dressed, very polite & courteous & explained what the service entailed.
Recognising that I am deaf, he answered any/all questions I put to him, making sure that I fully understood. It was so nice to meet someone in a professional capacity who was more than willing to recognise my disability & yet treating me as an individual. A rare quality these days!
In closing, I look forward to our next encounter, whether it be for service, purchase, or just for some advice. Whatever the reason, I know I'll be met with the best quality of customer service. Thanks to all concerned.

Just to say thank you for all the help you gave to me when I called into your showroom at Maidstone to look at scooters. I could not believe my eyes, there where so many to choose. Your staff spent so much time with me they had such patience. I now can get about whereas before I was so restricted. I even get my own shopping now and take my dog for a walk.

Thought I would take time to write a few words of thanks for the time
spent with my wife and myself when you visited our home to demonstrate
the powerchair recently purchased from you. Keith could not have been
more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him even to the point of
walking at least a mile so that I could get used to the drive to the Post
Office. There will always be a cup of tea waiting Keith - so if you are
passing please call in. We will be looking to buy a riser and recline chair
soon.

I am writing to thank you all for the kindness and exceptional customer care that I have received from your branch over many years. I have found your experienced, professional friendly staff both helpful and understanding at alltimes. Although this professional approaach is never compromised I feel that over the years the people at Charterwood have also become friends and it is always a pleasure to visit the showroom.
For people with mobility problems, not only is a good sales service important, but also a quality after sales service is essential and at Charterwood Glasgow this could not be better. Margaret, Ennis, Tom and Brian go so much further than the extra mile. Should, on a rare occasion, any appliances break down, a temporary replacement is made available while my own is quickly repaired. This gives me great piece of mind and confidence in your company.
Should I require any mobility equipment I would always seek the advice of Margaret and her team they are second to none. A truly excellent team giving a first class service. who could ask for more.

The subsequent arranged visit of your rep Tom was very professional and most enlightening. During the visit we discussed every aspect of my particular needs and the demonstration of the wheelchair I chose could not have been bettered. Having had a very bad experience with the company I bought my first wheelchair from, Tom restored my faith in powered wheelchairs and his after sales service greatly impressed me.
