This class of scooter are ideal to be used on roads and pavements. The speed limit of these vehicles is 4mph on the pavement and 8mph (12.8kph) on the road.  They are fitted with mirrors and lights and with their extended range they are ideal for road use, visiting shops and parks, or meeting up with friends.  Most of these Scooters will require a ramp or lift to get them into a vehicle.
